Unrefined sunflower oil is a source of vitamins and nutrients for the human body.

Unrefined sunflower oil is rich in saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, especially polyunsaturated linoleic acid. It contains vitamins A, E, D, and B. Sunflower oil contains several times more vitamin E than olive oil.

There are also by-products of production: cake and pellets.
